PLEASE READ!
INFO REGARDING OUR TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT PROTOCOL.

Due to concerns about the novel coronavirus and related disease COVID-19, we are taking measures to keep our clients and our staff safe while attempting to continue providing essential patient care for your pets.

Effective Saturday, March 21, only Tustin Care personnel will be allowed inside Tustin Care Animal Hospital.

Taking patient history (talking to you about your pet) -
We ask that you give us a call when you arrive in our parking lot. The veterinarian will call you to discuss history, concerns, symptoms, and questions you have regarding your dog/cat (just as if you were in the clinic). Please be prepared to answer a phone call from a blocked number as we may use our personal cell phones.

Patient exam -
A technician will then come out to your car and use our own leash to bring your dog or cat into the building to have their exam, vaccinations, treatments and/or diagnostics done.
Discussing exam and next steps –
We will call you back and go over findings and recommendations. After a decision is made about any necessary treatment, the exam will be completed

Payment –
One of our staff will take your payment information over the phone.
We are doing our absolute best to continue providing services but in order to do this we need to keep our team healthy and we all need to limit close contact with others. Do not come if you or a family member are feeling sick. We are hoping people will be kind, patient and understanding.

Animals that we cannot handle safely will not be able to be treated.😞 Animals not leashed securely or in a carrier will not be able to be treated.

What clients should do when they arrive at the hospital with patients:
1. Call us when you arrive at the parking lot. 657-266-0322
2. Please remain in your vehicle with your animal.
3. Make sure your pet is securely leashed or in a carrier.
4. Make sure you bring your phone and a charger.
Please allow extra time for appointments and be patient - we are doing everything we can to take care of your animal as quickly and safely as possible.

Sincerely,
The dedicated staff at Tustin Care Animal Hospital

Our Story

Tustin Care Animal Hospital was founded in 2017 by Dr. Deena Leong. She longed for an entire veterinary hospital that would embrace the benefits of integrative medicine. She built it to be modern, spacious and include the best equipment and technology, but to be run with the heart of a neighborhood veterinary clinic.

Having been a pet parent before she became a veterinarian, she understands what it's like to be on the receiving end of veterinary care. So she strived to create a veterinary practice that is people and pet friendly, convenient, efficient, and provides quality care that is affordable. She also wished to create a hospital where the pets wouldn't be afraid to come in but actually didn't mind visiting. She wanted to have a team of experienced individuals who enjoyed coming to work and shared her commitment to excellent care.

Being holistic or integrative means that we can offer more options for treatment and we focus on prevention. Teaching people how to keep their pets healthy, benefits their pets and their wallet. Our pets live longer and happier with healthy food, exercise, and regular check ups.

We invite you to come and tour the hospital any time during business hours to see the hospital for yourself!
