Patients ask me all the time about pillows. I actually have had very good results using this pillow. For the price it’s worth a try for sure. Make sure to use the sides of the pillow when sleeping on your side. Sleeping on your back with this pillow is wonderful!

I will be out of town 9/22-10/6. We have some exciting new updates to the office. Besides some construction updates with a new front door and massage room window we’ve invested in a brand new HillDT spinal decompression table. My Google Business profile is being attacked by false claims from a group of men in San Diego County. Apparently my husband gave their business a bad review and this is their only way to get back at him by attacking his wife’s business profile. If you are an actual patient you know how I conduct my business and do my best to go the extra mile for customer service. I appreciate your trust in me as your health care chiropractic provider. Update: We will be welcoming Dr Marisa Sturges, presently practicing elsewhere in Tustin, to the office starting in August. Thanks to you, my awesome patients, I’ve been rather busy and sometimes it’s hard to physically be able to see all of you when there’s an emergency or with short notice while trying to properly space patients in the schedule. She’ll be working opposite my hours for the time being. She’s also a graduate of what’s now known as Southern California University of Health Sciences, formerly Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. She’s just the perfect combination of smart and fun, as you can see from our photo shoot with Thom Walker and Nicolette Christine Walker. Have you all checked out our updated website yet?

Our office is still working out all the details with staff additions and some returning ones... yay Missy! You’ll notice some new faces including my nephew, Dan Friedman (who’s preparing to enter PA or nursing), and occasionally my kids, Asher, Jonah at the front desk and Shay helping keep our office clean and organized. Lauren (Buffi’s daughter) will also be training to help at our front office position two day’s per week before she starts medical school in 2021.

It is sort of taking an extended family village to provide superior care and attention to my patients needs. I appreciate everyone’s patience. The year 2020 is testing all our patience, that’s for sure! Thankfully my family and I have been healthy and able to work at our essential service needs.

In the next month, I’m looking forward to being able to serve our communities chiropractic needs even more efficiently.
