Wellness doesn't stop when you get off the massage table; it's what you do between sessions too!

Here are a few tools I personally use when my body’s achy or overstimulated:

🌀 Therapy Balls – I use these when I’ve overdone it or feel tension creeping in. You can grab them at the office!
🌬️ Deep belly breathing – Inhale slow and full, exhale even slower. It calms your nervous system fast.
🎶 Spotify healing playlists – Think: stress relief, calming birds, or healing rhythms while cooking or stretching.
