There’s a lot of noise around thread lifts — and a lot of strong opinions.

Like any advanced aesthetic technique, results depend on experience, proper patient selection, precise vector placement, and understanding facial anatomy. Thread lifting isn’t something you “try once” and master. It requires training, repetition, and judgment developed over time.

When performed thoughtfully and on the right candidate, PDO threads can provide meaningful structural support and vertical lift without surgery. It’s not meant to replace a facelift — but in skilled hands, it can be an excellent tool within the right treatment plan.

As with any modality, success isn’t about trends or hype.
It’s about technique, balance, and experience.

This is a recognition I do not take lightly. Titles are meaningful — but the responsibility behind them matters even more.

I personally know so many brilliant, ethical, highly skilled providers who could and should be on this list. Our industry is filled with artists and clinicians who are constantly refining their craft, pushing innovation, and elevating patient care. To be mentioned among them is truly humbling.

My gratitude goes first to my patients. Thank you for trusting me with your face, your confidence, and your journey. Your trust is something I carry with immense respect every single day.

I’m also incredibly thankful for the many providers I’ve had the privilege of training and learning alongside — whether through PDO threads, injectables, or energy-based devices. Education has always been one of the most meaningful parts of my career. Watching other clinicians grow, refine their skills, and build their own impact in aesthetics is something I’m profoundly grateful to be part of.
