CES and the Lenovo Tech World keynote left me inspired.

Watching women like Dr. Lisa Su, Jennifer Koshier, and Angelina Gomez lead the conversation on stage—alongside powerhouse men in tech—was a powerful reminder that innovation thrives when diverse voices are at the table.

As the owner of Franek Technologies, a woman-owned business supporting critical laboratory instruments, I know firsthand that precision, intelligence, and leadership matter—regardless of gender.

To the young women watching:
You are smart. You are capable. And you absolutely belong in tech.

And yes—Gwen Stefani closing the night didn’t hurt either.
