Spent time today at the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association today advocating for osteopathic medical education. Our To***co Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET) is up for reallocation of funds and may jeopardize dollars used to support rural osteopathic physician loan repayment. Please ask your representatives to keep this trust intact and not make the mistake other states have made nickel-and-diming the money away on things that don’t serve the victims of big to***co and their healthcare. Those folks have 101 problems but finding a doctor to treat their COPD and lung cancer shouldn’t be one!

Changing Primary Care for the better!

This hanging out my shingle and starting a medical practice of my own is a lifetime dream come true. After having been birthed from residency into the broken healthcare system and then practicing in the thick of it for 12 years, I began to wonder how much more I could take. Patients weren’t getting better, they were sicker. My job satisfaction was going down. I felt like my hands were tied and I had little to offer patients as an employed physician other than the status quo...
