Medication Management- Call today to schedule an evaluation for medication management for children, adolescents & adults.
Psychological Evaluations- Call today to schedule for: Behavioral Difficulties, Intellectual Functioning, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Trauma, Mood Disorders, Various Forensic Assessments, and Immigration Evaluations.
Counseling- Call today to set up counseling for Children, Adolescents, Adults, Groups, Individuals, Parenting, Couples, Foster Families, and Individuals with developmental challenges.
Community-based Rehabilitation Services- Call today to see if you qualify for CBRS, this is a community bases mental health service are covered by Medicaid or Blue Cross True Blue Program. It focuses on enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families, meeting basic needs and ensuring inclusion and participation. Services are aimed at educating individuals with mental and emotional conditions and assisting them in managing their symptoms to promote independence.
Case management- Helps to link participants to the community resources such as housing, employment, public assistance, education, childcare, transportation, and legal matters. Specialists assist participants in learning how to manage their resources in order to prevent them from becoming homeless, incarcerated or hospitalized.
Peer & Family Support Services- These services are delivered by a certified and trained professionals for adults and families with severe psychiatric disabilities. These services are based upon the premise that an individual with a “lived experience” is uniquely able to contribute to the rehabilitation and recovery of a person needing services.
Psychotherapy Groups, such as Dialectical Behavior Group (DBT) and Life Skills groups. The DBT group uses evidence-based curriculum to help people change patterns of behaviors it has been proven to be effective in changing behaviors such as self-harm, suicidal thinking and substance abuse. The Life Skills groups address topics such as management of personal affairs, Healthy Eating, Budgeting, Social Skills, Communication and Family Success.
