You may not need to swing harder — you need to control movement better.
The Pallof Press is one of the best exercises to help reduce sway and slide by training your core to stay stable while your body rotates around it.

👉 How to do the Pallof Press:
1️⃣ Attach a resistance band or cable at chest height.
2️⃣ Stand sideways to the anchor point in an athletic golf stance.
3️⃣ Hold the handle at your chest with both hands.
4️⃣ Press your arms straight out in front of you.
5️⃣ Resist the band pulling you sideways — keep your hips and shoulders square.
6️⃣ Hold 2–3 seconds, then bring hands back to your chest.
🎯 Goal: Don’t let your body rotate or shift — stay centered like you’re swinging around a post.
Try 8–10 reps each side and feel the difference in your swing!
