Massage can help with blood flow, bringing in fresh O2 to the tissues and helping reduce inflammation and pain. Sometimes things are bad enough that the results last a day or 2, but that is progress. It took time to cause the pain and discomfort, it may take time to make things better.
With communication we can work together and help you feel better. Therapeutic doesn't always mean deep tissue. I was asked if there's a discount for buying multiple sessions to use thru the year? Yes there is, but 11 sessions get the 12th free. You can even get a designated day and time for the year if that makes things easier. Just reach out and we will go from there.
