💼 What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading, supporting, and empowering hospice nursing staff
• Ensuring high-quality, compliant, patient-centered care
• Providing clinical guidance, coaching, and case oversight
• Collaborating closely with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and leadership
• Being a calm, confident clinical presence for staff and families alike
• Helping shape processes, quality initiatives, and best practices
🧠 What You Bring
• Active RN license (required)
• Hospice and/or home health experience (strongly preferred)
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Confidence in clinical decision-making
• A heart for hospice and a backbone for leadership
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
