📝 INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (I use almond)
• 1 tsp turmeric powder (or 1-inch fresh turmeric root, grated)
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• Generous pinch of black pepper (IMPORTANT—increases curcumin absorption by 2000%!)
• 1/2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
• Small pinch of fresh grated ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground)
• Tiny pinch of cardamom (optional but delicious!)

🍯 INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add all ingredients to a small pot
2. Warm gently over medium-low heat (don't boil!)
3. Whisk frequently for 3-4 minutes
4. Pour into your favorite mug
5. Optional: Top with cinnamon or froth with milk frother

Can we talk about something real for a second?

Healing doesn't mean punishing yourself for what you ate yesterday. It doesn't mean staring at the mirror and listing everything you want to change. It doesn't mean feeling guilty every time you're not "perfect."

Healing means choosing nourishment today while forgiving yourself for being human yesterday.

It means listening to your body's signals instead of fighting them.

It means understanding that the bloating, the fatigue, the mood swings—they're not personal failures. They're your body's way of communicating.

This week, I challenge you: practice ONE act of food-related self-compassion.

Maybe it's:
• Not calling yourself "bad" for eating dessert
• Giving yourself permission to eat when you're actually hungry
• Speaking to yourself the way you'd speak to a friend
