Direct Support Staff serve individuals who need assistance with daily living skills. These can include medical, behavioral, and independent living tasks. Direct Care Staff are required to complete extensive training on participant behaviors, legal status, daily living skills, and medical necessities.

Direct Support Staff hired under this recruitment are expected to work with participants with behaviors. These individuals will receive extensive hand on training on how to manage ongoing behavioral issues. The Residential Habilitation Program serves individuals that have qualified for the State's Developmental Disability Waiver. These individuals will be living in their home and will be staffed anywhere from a few hours a week up to 24 hours a day.

Bonus Payout Schedule: $300 after 30 days; $300 after 60 days; $300 after 90 days; $100 after 120 days.
