🎶 Earlier this week, our Hospice Visions team visited local facilities to spread Christmas joy, singing carols with residents and sharing the spirit of the season.

🎖️ On Saturday, we were honored to support the Luminary Bag Lighting at Sunset Memorial Park and join the Daughters of the American Revolution in laying wreaths for Wreaths Across America, remembering and honoring our veterans.

We are truly grateful for our community, our veterans, and the joy this season brings. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas! 🎄❤️

Hey fellow caregivers and support y! We have a free and open to the public caregiver support group! Find us in the Visions conference room at 2pm on the 1st Monday of each month!

If you or someone you know is experiencing or anticipating grief or loss, we also have a WEEKLY bereavement group on Thursdays at 5p.

Having a loved one on our services is not required!
We want to open our doors and give our time and love to everyone in the community that needs it.

On Saturday, December 13th, 2025, communities across the nation will unite for National Wreaths Across America Day—a powerful tradition of remembrance and gratitude. The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) proudly support this mission to Honor, Remember, and Teach by placing wreaths on veterans’ graves and sharing their stories.

Join us in celebrating lives of service, educating future generations, and ensuring no hero is ever forgotten.

🌟National Health Education Week🌟
We value recognizing and training our team! Recently, we celebrated our fantastic boss and amazing physical therapy staff with a Kneader’s French toast brunch and a dip party, paired with educational sessions. We also surprised each member of our physical therapy team with a little gift during breakfast to show a little extra appreciation for all they do.
🌟At Visions Home Health, we proudly support National Health Education Week by focusing on continuous learning and professional development for our team.
