If you’ve been wanting more structure, accountability, and real results, this is for you.

We’re launching two small-group personal training programs at Studio G designed to help you get stronger, build confidence, and stay consistent.

✔ Personal training 2x per week
✔ Small group coaching (only 3–4 people per group)
✔ Nutrition guidance + habit coaching
✔ Goal setting + progress tracking
✔ Built-in accountability

This is the perfect mix of personal attention and group motivation.

✨ 2 Training Options:

Glute Camp
Wed/Fri 6:30 AM with Jerrod
Lower-body focused training to lift, strengthen, and shape.

Better by the Day (Full Body)
Mon/Wed 1:00 PM with Teddy
Full-body strength training focused on consistent progress.

Hey guys! We want you to meet our new trainer, Teddy! 💪

We are so excited to have him join the team at Studio G!

Teddy has been training for 22 years and brings a ton of experience and passion to the gym. He loves coaching strength & conditioning and HIIT training, helping people push themselves and get stronger every day.

He’s always been an athlete and has long been fascinated by the health and fitness world, which led him to pursue a career helping others improve their strength, performance, and confidence.

Teddy said he chose Studio G because he loved the atmosphere and how personable the community is. (He also mentioned we have some really great people here… and we couldn’t agree more!)
