It is Monday at 11:30 and we are now in Washington DC. We landed at Dulles International Airport and took a train over to Reagan and literally walked up to the gate to board our next flight home. Dr. Postol was only able to sleep between 2 1/half to three hours on our 14 1/2 hour flight and I was able to sleep for about six hours which is a little less than the protocol recommended. I feel fine so far Dr. Postol feels pretty good, but we’ll see what the rest of the day entails.

It is Sunday night and we just completed our 8 1/2 hour flight from Johannesburg to Dubai. The flight hit protocol wanted us to take a nap, but both of us struggled to do that even though we did try our next flight is 14 1/2 hours long we’re actually supposed to wait a while before we sleep, but I’m not sure that’s gonna happen. We’ll keep you updated when we land in DC.

It is Sunday morning and we are at the airport and Johannesburg South Africa to begin our journey home after an absolutely amazing vacation! We will both doing the itt protocol and compare it to the Time Shifter App. Look for some fun updates coming on the animals and their sleep patterns!

As Dr. Postol wraps up his trip in South Africa, our team has been actively interacting at the Mid Continent meeting, informing dentists of our support services for patients with sleep apnea and TMJ disorders. We have the best staff!!!
