Chaya Kudla MS, LAc, NTP is a Licensed East Asian Medicine Practitioner and Certified Nutritional Therapist. She graduated from Bastyr University in 2005 with a Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Growing up with her father, a Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist and her mother, a Psychotherapist and Holistic Lay Midwife, brought natural medicine into a living tradition within their home and daily life. It was a natural choice for Chaya to continue holistic medicine into her professional career. In 2011 she completed a certification through the Nutritional Therapy Association in order to better support her patients from a foundational level of a nutrient dense diet of whole foods. She wanted to emphasize the importance of daily nourishment in relationship to one's health. She believes in the body's ability to heal itself when given the proper ingredients and functional support to do so. Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Nutritional Therapy are wonderful compliments to regain and maintain optimal health.
