🍂As the holidays draw near, our days fill quickly—plans, gatherings, expectations, and the pace of it all. It’s beautiful… and it can be a lot.
🍁This season, I’m reminding myself that even joyful things can stretch tender roots. And it’s not just us—our kids feel the bigness of this season too. The changes in routine, the noise, the excitement, the late nights… their nervous systems absorb it all, often more intensely than we realize.
So this 🦃Thanksgiving, may we honor everyone’s needs—ours and theirs.
🔸May we rest when we need to.
Offer our kids calm when they need grounding.
Say “not this time” when it protects our family’s peace.
🍃Step outside for a moment of air when hearts ask for space.
And trust that tending gently to ourselves and our children allows us all to show up more fully, lovingly, and authentically.
Here’s to gratitude, gentleness, and giving our families permission to be human—one moment at a time. 🧡
