Tye Family Care, PLLC was established in 2013 by Nicole Celeste Votaw, RN, FNP-C. After being in the nursing profession for almost 20 years, Ms. Votaw identified a need in rural Tye, TX, and has taken great effort to meet the need for a general healthcare facility in the area. With a lot of prayer, many volunteers, and countless hours of planning and implementing, the office is almost ready.
