At Living Well, our wellness services support the work you are already doing in counseling or coaching by helping your body shift out of stress and into a place where healing can take root. Red light therapy, infrared sauna sessions, and NuCalm all work alongside the therapeutic process to calm the nervous system, improve regulation, and create the physical conditions needed for deeper emotional and mental restoration.

Swipe to learn how each service can support your overall well-being.

Thanksgiving is just two weeks away, and we’re already thinking about all the delicious, healthy food to come.

Our Integrative Health Coach, Erin Kerry, is sharing some of her favorite recipes: Thanksgiving Salad, Pumpkin Custard, Cranberry Salsa, and Sweet Potato Bake. They’re perfect for your Thanksgiving table, Christmas gatherings, or any get-together in between.

Simple, wholesome, and full of flavor. These are recipes worth keeping all season long.

EDIT: For the Thanksgiving Salad recipe, it says to sauté onion and garlic. However, this recipe does not have onion and garlic, so you can skip this step!

Change can feel challenging, tender, and transformative all at once. At Living Well, our counselors and coaches help clients navigate transitions with presence, hope, and self-compassion.

Alisha and Nadia guide clients through the waves of change, helping them honor grief, embrace what is, and step into what’s next. Simple practices like naming what’s new, giving your body space to rest, and choosing compassion over perfection can make all the difference.

Call (903) 871-3450 or text (903) 648-7166 to connect with our Guest Relations Team, who can help you find the counselor or coach best suited to your needs.

When we ignore rest, our lives eventually show it.
Fatigue, disconnection, and loss of joy are often signs we’ve been running on empty too long.

Taking time to pause isn’t selfish. It’s an intentional way to restore balance and reconnect with what matters most.
We invite you to reflect on where you are today.

Signs of Exhaustion or Burnout:
➡️ Feeling drained or emotionally numb
➡️ Loss of joy or passion in work
➡️ Irritability, impatience, or cynicism
➡️ Difficulty resting or feeling guilty for stopping
➡️ Emotional or spiritual dryness
➡️ Physical exhaustion or frequent illness
➡️ Overcommitment or inability to say “no”
➡️ Feeling like your worth depends on performance
➡️ Isolation or withdrawal from support

Signs of Emotional Health or Balance:
➡️ Peace and calm even during challenges
➡️ Joy and gratitude in serving
➡️ Clear boundaries around time and energy
➡️ Emotional steadiness and patience
➡️ Dependence on God’s strength, not self-effort
➡️ Capacity to receive care and encouragement
➡️ Creativity, laughter, and renewed energy
➡️ Balance between work, rest, and play
➡️ Freedom from comparison or pressure

Signs of Work Imbalance:
➡️ Work excites you more than anything else
➡️ You take work to bed, weekends, or vacation
➡️ You work more than 40 hours a week
➡️ Loved ones have given up on you being on time
➡️ You take on extra work “so it gets done right”
➡️ You rush to finish after underestimating time
➡️ Work has hurt your close relationships

Spend a few minutes reflecting on what nourishes you and what depletes you.
Choose one area to focus on.
Add one thing that restores you, and release one thing that drains you.

If you recognize yourself in these signs, our counselors and coaches can help you rediscover balance and build rhythms of rest that last.
