well, i was going to workout today.. but instead i did about 10 sled pushes up hill & all over the yard with this thing + the weight of two boys, every time it died.. so i think ill call it good. 😜 you can get creative with your workouts, mamas!

[PART 1 of 2 - Next: Benefits for Baby]

Research shows that exercise in pregnancy has loads of benefits for mom. In addition to the ones listed, moms also experience:
-Higher energy levels
-Decrease in weight gain and fat deposition
-Positive attitudes about themselves, their body, the future

When you add in doing it with other moms in a community (whether online or in-person), you just add even more benefits.
