Hey flowbees! Sunday, December 21st, we are replacing the 6pm Yin class with a FREE sound bath. A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are bathed in vibrations that calm the nervous system and help guide your mind to a relaxed, meditative state. Come relax and restore with us before the holidays! 🎄

It’s hard to believe we are on the eve of our FIFTH anniversary! It’s gone by in the blink of an eye. So much has grown and evolved but the heart of flow. Yoga remains steadfast.
