Today marks the beginning of Week 2 of Illuminate Teacher Training, and the 2026 class is officially full. Ten souls who felt the quiet pull to go deeper — not only into their yoga practice, but into the landscapes of their own hearts and minds.
These humans are doing brave work. They are gently digging through the layers of themselves, illuminating the corners that have been sitting in shadow. Studying their patterns. Asking the questions that don’t always have easy answers.
And alongside that inner excavation, they are learning the craft of teaching — alignment in postures, the wisdom of anatomy, safe and thoughtful sequencing, and how to hold space for an empowering yoga class.
This work is not easy. It asks for your whole self — body, mind, and spirit. It asks for honesty. For courage. For patience.
But what rises from this kind of excavation is something beautiful. Something true. And it is worth every bead of sweat and every single tear.
