A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are bathed in vibrations that calm the nervous system and help guide your mind to a relaxed, meditative state. Come relax and restore with us before the holidays! 🎄

It’s hard to believe we are on the eve of our FIFTH anniversary! It’s gone by in the blink of an eye. So much has grown and evolved but the heart of flow. Yoga remains steadfast. YOU… you are the reason we started and what allows us to thrive in our mission of sharing more yoga to more people. We can’t think of a better way to celebrate five years than with each of you!
