Brooke has been a long-distance runner for over a decade. She has run over a dozen half-marathons, two full marathons, and two ultra marathons, with a new marathon quickly approaching.
The repetitive movement of running for extended amounts of time can be hard on the body, and yoga has has been Brooke’s go-to to help prevent injury and recover more effectively to be able to feel fresh even on tired legs. With the help of yoga and restorative stretching, Brooke has been able to increase mobility, find better balance, and let her breath do the work on a long run.
