Southwest Family Chiropractic (SWFC) started in 2009 in Tyler MN. Dr. Christopher Determan continued Dr. Brian Williamson’s practice. Dr. James Determan joined SWFC in 2020. SWFC has turned into one of the most recognized businesses in the area. In 2014 and 2017 SWFC received the ‘Business of the Year’ award for Tyler MN. Dr. Christopher Determan
Dr. Christopher graduated in 2008 from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He was the executive of the Gonstead Club where he taught other students about the Gonstead technique of chiropractic. Dr. Christopher also spent time practicing in Madagascar where he worked with a team to help the local population. Dr. James Determan
Dr. James graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in October 2020. He worked with the Troxell Intern Program in Davenport, IA while attending Palmer and was presented with the White Rabbit Award when he graduated. Dr James practices the Gonstead technique and spent time interning with special needs kids that had ADHD and Down’s syndrome.

Our office specializes in education of health and healing. Southwest Family Chiropractic (SWFC) started in 2009 in Tyler MN. Dr. Christopher Determan continued Dr. Brian Williamson’s practice. SWFC has turned into one of the most recognized businesses in the area, thus in 2014 and 2017 receiving the ‘Business of the Year’ award for Tyler MN. Dr. Christopher Determan Dr. Christopher graduated in 2008 from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He was the executive of the Gonstead Club where he taught other students about the Gonstead technique of chiropractic. Dr. Christopher also spent time practicing in Madagascar where he worked with a team to help the local population. He loves his family and loves the small town of Tyler as it has become his home.
