We are feeling so loved this Monday 💛

A huge thank you to The Cozy Crumb • Sourdough Bakery and Simply Grace Jelly for surprising our team with the most delicious treats! The sourdough chocolate chip muffins, blueberry muffins, fresh sourdough bread, and homemade jelly were absolutely incredible and let’s just say… they didn’t last long at all 😄

Your kindness and generosity mean so much to our staff, and we are so grateful to be surrounded by such thoughtful local businesses.

Thank you for making our Monday extra sweet! We love our community so much! 👑

This conference is always such an incredible opportunity to gather fresh ideas, strengthen our commitment to evidence-based practices, and connect with fellow behavior analysts who are just as passionate about making a difference.

Today is World Autism Awareness (and Acceptance) Day 💙❤️

While April 2nd is officially recognized, the entire month of April reminds us of something even more meaningful...moving beyond awareness and into true acceptance, inclusion, and action.

At Monarch Prep, this mission is at the heart of everything we do. Our students are not just learners, but they are valued members of our community, each bringing unique strengths, perspectives, and brilliance.

So what does acceptance look like in action?
It starts with a simple question:
➡️ How can we be more inclusive?

For businesses, schools, and community members, that might mean:

-Creating more accessible environments
-Learning how to support diverse communication styles
-Providing opportunities that welcome all individuals

Humbled and thankful ❤️

Yesterday I asked you all who we should treat with 24 caramel apples- and comments were overwhelming. Over 14 HUNDRED, to be exact.

The amount of people out there that support our educators and appreciator educators is heartwarming. We ultimately decided to go with Monarch Prep here in Tyler, Texas. I did not know that this resource, providing a tailored education to neurodivergent students. What a gift.

Monarch Prep educators, I hope you got to relax last night while chopping down on a German Chocolate Cake or an Apple Pie or a Fruity Pebble caramel apple last night✨🍏

A HUGE thank you to The Apple Gal for the sweetest surprise treat today for our teachers and staff to enjoy! What a thoughtful way to make our staff feel loved and appreciated! Moments like this remind us just how lucky we are to be part of such a supportive and generous community.

At Monarch Prep, we have the absolute privilege of working alongside some of the most dedicated, compassionate, and talented educators and clinicians every single day. 👑

Our staff shows up for their students in a way that is truly special, meeting each child exactly where they are, challenging them to grow, and supporting them through even the toughest moments. They see our students for who they are and walk beside them as they become the best versions of themselves.

And they do all of this while navigating their own lives, challenges, and responsibilities with grace and commitment. That kind of heart doesn’t go unnoticed.

While we already know how incredible they are, there is something so meaningful about our community seeing it too.

We love our staff. We love our community. And we are so grateful for both.

Today is World Behavior Analysis Day ❤️

This day is a chance to recognize the science that is at the heart of everything we do, while also pausing to reflect on the very real impact it has on people’s lives every single day.

We celebrate the individuals who work so hard to make progress, the families who walk alongside them with love and dedication, the Behavior Technicians who show up each day ready to make a difference, and the BCBAs who guide the process to ensure every individual receives the highest quality support possible.

Behavior analysis is more than a field. It is a commitment to helping people grow, learn, communicate, and live more independent and meaningful lives.

To everyone who is part of this work with us, thank you. Your passion matters more than you know.

🎉👑 Monarch Preparatory Turns 3! 👑🎉

Three years ago, our very first student walked through the doors of Monarch Preparatory. What began as a dream has grown into a community filled with learning, laughter, growth, and incredible milestones.

We are deeply grateful to the families who have trusted us with the most precious people in their lives- their children. It is an honor we never take lightly. Every day we celebrate the achievements, big and small, of the amazing students we serve.

We are also incredibly thankful for the founding staff who helped us get Monarch off the ground and those who continue to pour their hearts into this mission every single day. Your dedication makes this dream possible.

To our own families who have supported us every step of the way, and to a community that welcomed Monarch from the very beginning, thank you for believing in us.

Every day at Monarch is a celebration of growth and a growing vision. We can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings.

🎉👑 Celebrating 1 Year with Lauren at Monarch Preparatory! 👑🎉

Today we are so excited to celebrate Lauren, one of our incredible RBT Team Coordinators, on her 1-year anniversary with Monarch Preparatory!

Lauren brings so much heart to our team. She is consistently thoughtful, patient, and deeply compassionate — not only with the students she supports each day, but also with the colleagues she works alongside. Her ability to connect with others, offer encouragement, and lead with kindness makes a meaningful difference in our classrooms and therapy spaces.

As our RBT Team Coordinator, Lauren helps support and guide our behavior technicians while continuing to show up for our students with the same warmth and dedication that has defined her first year at Monarch. Her calm presence, teamwork, and commitment to our mission help make Monarch the special place that it is.

We are incredibly grateful to have Lauren as part of the Monarch family and look forward to many more years of making an impact together! 💛
