Reminder to all employees: Did you know we have coffee and snacks every Friday at 2pm in our employee breakroom? Coffee and Chat is not only an opportunity to get to know our administrator, but also a platform for us to voice our concerns in a comfortable environment. As part of our continuing efforts to maintain employee retention, Coffee and Chat is a great stepping stone to help us leaders give us the knowledge we need to better serve our employees and give them the tools to be successful in order for us to be one of the best nursing rehab facilities in the region. Even though her last day is this Sunday, today we celebrate Miss Ebeling. Christi started out working as a charge nurse with us back in May of this year. As we were transitioning our admin nursing staff, Christi not only accepted to be our Assistant Director of Nurses, she also stepped up by taking on DON duties while our facility went on our quest to find/select our next Director of Nurses. For all of the long hours and dedication she put into our team while remaining committed to serving our wonderful residents, there are individuals that are very rare to find as we did with Miss Christi. She'll always find a reason to laugh throughout the challenging weeks we all endured during her employment with us. So, thank you for all you've done for us in the past few months and you'll always be part of our work family. :)
