Are you a candidate for epidural steroid injections? Are you experiencing neck, shoulder, or arm pain due to a pinched nerve in your cervical or lumbar spine? Common causes include herniated disks, spinal stenosis, or radiculopathy. An epidural steroid injection may provide relief. During this procedure, an anti-inflammatory medication is administered into the epidural space surrounding the spinal nerves. This acts to decrease pressure and swelling, which may be exacerbating pain. Epidural steroid injections have been shown to successfully reduce inflammation and the associated pain. If you have been suffering from chronic back, neck, or leg pain, an epidural steroid injection could help. To determine if you may benefit from this treatment option, please contact Precision Spine Care to schedule a consultation. We would be pleased to evaluate your condition and discuss whether epidural injections may help provide relief for your spinal pain. https://precisionspinecare.com/spine-treatments/

Facet joint pain is a common but highly treatable cause of spine discomfort. With proper diagnosis and targeted treatment, most patients can achieve meaningful relief and return to normal activity.

Trigger point injections are used to address painful areas of muscle containing trigger points, otherwise known as myofascial knots. These knots can be felt beneath the skin and may twitch involuntarily when touched, potentially trapping or irritating surrounding nerves, causing referred pain. Trigger point injections for pain can treat many muscle groups, including those in the arms, legs, lower back, and neck. Additionally, they are used to treat conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic tension headaches, and myofascial pain syndrome that does not respond to other treatments. Trigger point injection therapy administered by our pain management physicians typically takes approximately five minutes to perform and patients remain awake throughout the procedure. Treatment involves inserting a small needle into the trigger point and injecting medication into the area, which will alleviate pain. For more information about trigger point injections for pain management, please contact us to schedule an appointment with one of our specialists. https://precisionspinecare.com/treatments/

Facet joints serve as the connecting links between the bones in the posterior or back part of the spine. These joints facilitate movements like twisting, flexing, and extension. Inflammation in these joints can give rise to pain. A facet joint injection entails the administration of medication directly into or adjacent to the facet joint. The medication typically consists of a long-lasting steroid and an anesthetic numbing agent. When delivered directly into the affected area, this combination of medication works to reduce joint inflammation and swelling. Generally, this procedure is recommended for individuals experiencing neck, arm, low back, or leg pain caused by facet joint inflammation, and who have not responded to other conservative treatments. You may be a candidate if you have ✔️Sciatica ✔️Spinal stenosis ✔️Arthritis ✔️Postoperative pain ✔️Spondylolysis. Nerve block injections can effectively treat acute or chronic pain conditions. By blocking pain signals along targeted nerves, these procedures aim to provide patients relief from painful symptoms and inflammation. Additionally, nerve blocks allow for the diagnosis of the underlying source of a patient's pain by observing their response to the medication. This diagnostic information can then be used to develop a customized treatment plan for the individual. Nerve blocks are performed using image guidance technologies like CT or fluoroscopy to precisely deliver medication to the targeted area associated with the pain. This image-guided approach helps ensure the safe and effective treatment of pain while minimizing risks. Contact Precision Spine Care today to find out if you're a candidate. https://precisionspinecare.com/injections/

Spinal stenosis commonly occurs in the cervical and lumbar areas of the spine. It is a narrowing of the spinal canal that strains the spinal cord and the nerve roots below the constriction. This condition is most often acquired due to age-related degeneration of the spine or traumatic injury to the spine. Common symptoms of lumbar spinal stenosis include radiating pain from the low back to the buttocks and down the legs, along with weakness and loss of sensation or tingling. The pain can worsen with standing, walking, or bending backwards, and lessen with sitting or leaning forward. At Precision Spine Care we have treatments available to relieve pain caused by spinal stenosis. Contact us today to learn more- https://precisionspinecare.com/conditions/spine-conditions/
