Join us for Yoga Foundations, a four-session series to learn, move, and grow your yoga practice. Discover the foundations of yoga in a welcoming, supportive environment. We’ll meet Monday nights in April at 6:30 PM for one-hour sessions designed to help you explore essential poses, alignment, and mindful movement at your own pace. This small-class format encourages questions, conversation, and personal guidance, making it easy to feel comfortable and confident on your mat. Everyone is welcome—whether you’re new to yoga or looking to refresh your practice—and each session is an opportunity to build a strong, lasting foundation while enjoying a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. $95 Investment includes all 4 Monday evening sessions.
