The Art of Self-Love is a slow, nourishing mini-retreat designed to help you soften, reconnect, and make space for what’s been missing.
We’ll begin with an all-levels yoga flow to gently open the body and quiet the noise — no experience needed, just come as you are.🧘♂️
You’ll then create your own personal journal with guest artist and creativity expert April Moore, using simple creative elements to support reflection and expression. 🎨📓
From there, we’ll move into a guided journaling session focused on how to begin a journaling practice — learning approachable, realistic ways to use your journal for self-love, compassion, and clarity. 📝
No pressure.
No perfection.
We’ll close in stillness with a deeply calming sound bath. 🔔✨
