❄️ Winter Weather Update – Day Four at Prestige Estates ❄️

Today, we’re happy to share that the winter weather event is now behind us. It has been wonderful to see sunny skies and clear roads again, making for safe commutes for our staff and visiting family members.

Events like this always put us to the test, but through proper planning, strong leadership, clear communication, and true teamwork, we make it through together. I cannot thank our team across all departments enough for the dedication, commitment, and heart you have shown these past several days for our residents and for one another.

We were blessed with no major hiccups, and our residents never went without the necessities they receive each day. Hot coffee, fresh home-cooked meals, and a calm, cozy environment surrounded by staff who love and care for them with heart, that is what carried us through.

To our families, thank you for trusting us and for supporting us throughout this weather event. Your loved ones remained safe, comfortable, and deeply cared for, and we hold that responsibility with great pride.

To our team, thank you for showing up, stepping up, and loving our residents so well. Moments like these allow us to reflect, learn, and strive each time to be better and do better, but I truly believe we have the very best team!

❄️ Winter Weather Update – Day Three at Prestige Estates ❄️

We are now on Day Three of this winter weather event, and we’re happy to share that nothing much has changed — operations continue to run smoothly, and all is well at Prestige Estates.

Our dedicated team continues to show up for their scheduled shifts, some driving in on their own and others accepting rides from our management team and coworkers. Their commitment and teamwork continue to shine, and we are so grateful for each one of them.

Inside our home, it remains warm, cozy, and calm. Hot beverages are being served, fresh hot meals are prepared, and our activities are back in full swing today, bringing smiles, engagement, and joy to our residents. We are also thankful to report no disruption in power throughout this weather event.

And today the sun is shining! ☀️ We are hopeful that we’ll be able to say goodbye to this winter storm tomorrow.

To our families, thank you for the trust you place in us. Please know your loved ones have continued to be loved, cared for, comfortable, and cozy throughout this storm. It is a responsibility we hold with deep gratitude and pride.

To our staff, thank you for showing up, stepping up, and loving our residents so well. Your dedication during these challenging days means more than words can say.

❄️ Winter Weather Update – Day Two at Prestige Estates ❄️

We are now day two into this winter weather event, and we’re grateful to share that all is well at Prestige Estates. Our incredible team continues to arrive for their scheduled shifts. Some are driving in on their own and others with assistance from management. Several staff members have also elected to stay overnight at our community to ensure seamless care and continued support for our residents.

Inside our home, it’s calm, cozy, and warm. Hot coffee and cocoa are being served, delicious hot meals are prepared, the fireplace is glowing, and most importantly we have had no interruptions in electricity. Residents are comfortable, cared for, and surrounded by familiar faces and loving hearts.

We cannot say thank you enough to our staff for showing up with such dedication, compassion, and teamwork. Their commitment during challenging weather conditions is truly inspiring, and our residents are safe because of their unwavering hearts.

Our leadership team continues to closely monitor weather and road conditions to ensure the ongoing safety of both residents and team members. We will remain in communication with families throughout this weather event.

Thank you for trusting us with your loved ones. It is a responsibility we hold with deep gratitude and pride. No matter what the weather brings, your family members are safe, warm, and loved at Prestige Estates.

We are officially day one into this winter weather event, and we’re happy to share that our dedicated team made it safely to work. Some on their own and others with assistance.
