Small things to change or add to your daily routine to help your weight management process ✨

✅Start adding unflavored collagen powder to your morning coffee. Easy extra 10g of protein before you even ate breakfast.

✅ Sipped electrolytes daily (especially on injection days) which helps so much with nausea, fatigue, and overall hydration.

✅ Cut way back on alcohol. You will instantly notice better sleep, fewer cravings, and more consistent progress.

✅ Prepped quick “protein packs” (cheese stick + deli turkey + almonds) so you never hit that panic hunger and grab junk.

✅ Take magnesium and fiber every night to keep digestion moving (because GLP-1 meds slow everything down).

✅ Stop living on the treadmill and pick up weights 2–3 times a week to protect muscle while losing fat.

✅ Eat dinner earlier so your digestion doesn’t work overtime overnight(way less bloating in the mornings.)

✅ Get consistent with daily greens + supplements instead of taking them “when I remembered.”

✅ Buy a weighted vest, turns out walking with it really does make a difference and feels way more effective without extra effort.
