Skip the extra sweets. Aim for 25g of added sugar or less each day, choose balanced meals, and sip smart (water > soda). 💧

At the D.R.E.A.M Program, our goal is close those gaps by equipping and empowering mothers and their families with the knowledge, tools, and community resources to make informed decisions throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.
