I want to nominate Rosemarie D., PT/RM for Heritage, for employee of the month. She has been the Rehab Manager of Heritage since February 2025. Since then, she has really turned this building around. We have fewer complaints, more residents being picked up for therapy, and a happy administrator. Congratulations!

The following nominations were submitted by a resident’s husband of Garnet Hill Rehabilitation and Skilled Care.

Ha is always kind and gentle with my wife treating her with genuine care and respect. Her warm personality brightens every session and makes my wife look forward to therapy.

Lien is patient and thoughtful in her work with my wife. Always finding ways to make therapy meaningful and achievable. Her kindness and steady encouragement have helped my wife regain confidence and try new activities.

Andrew took the time to sit with my wife and talk through her fears about therapy (inability to feel her left side) showing real patience and compassion. His willingness to listen and reassure her has made a tremendous difference in helping her stay motivated and comfortable with her progress.
