Hey Helping Hands Family! Our office will be closed on July 4th and 5th in observance of Independence Day! If you need to schedule an appointment before July 4th please give us a call at (903) 597-9021.

Happy Monday!

As we are getting further along in the school year, we would like to share some tips on how to properly wear your backpack!

Due to the weight and position of your child’s backpack it can sometimes cause unnatural posture. This unnatural position can lead to shoulder, neck, and back pain!
