In the playroom, big feelings become manageable. Through imagination, storytelling, and safe connection, children learn how to name their emotions, face challenges, problem-solve, and bounce back with confidence.

Play therapy isn’t “just playing.” It’s practicing bravery. It’s building coping skills. It’s growing resilience one small moment at a time.
