💡ADHD isn’t a lack of focus — it’s a challenge with regulating focus. Often we hear client’s reports of swinging between hyperfocus and total distraction. This is frustrating to deal with on a regular basis, to say the least. It can cause you to feel out of control and damage the trust within yourself to accomplish the goals you care about most.

It can hinder your ability to show up for your spouse or other loved ones. Not because you don’t care, but because you struggle to keep that task into focus. This is often interpreted as a lack of care, which has nothing to do with the actual struggle. 💔

It’s not about motivation, effort, or that you don’t care. It’s how the ADHD brain allocates attention — in bursts, not balance. Every day looks different when you have ADHD, and that’s okay. We’ll help you discover what to do when focus is hard to find.
