Our Artsy Hands Club had a great time creating gingerbread faces to help decorate our activity room! Lots of creativity, smiles, and holiday spirit filled the room as everyone added their own special touch. We love seeing our space come to life with such festive artwork! 🎄🍪

Friday was National Ugly Sweater Day, and we had a great time enjoying delicious Christmas cookies and chatting about holiday plans. After voting, Andrew won the award for the ugliest sweater! 🎄🧶 Thank you to everyone who stopped by!

PJ Staff Christmas Party for the win!
We had a wonderful time fellowshipping together and even enjoyed a fun game. A big thank you to Bespoke Hospice Care for the yummy baked potato bar and to Dirty Spur Sodas for the delicious sodas! Thank you to all the staff who stopped by and helped make the evening so special.

Karaoke with Katie was a hit! Everyone joined in, especially Bridget and Vanoy, who sang and danced along with great enthusiasm. Singing and dancing are wonderful activities for those living with dementia, as they can spark joy, encourage movement, stimulate memories, and support emotional well-being.

Our ornament hanging during the Family Christmas Extravaganza was a truly beautiful moment. We extend our sincere thanks to Bespoke Hospice Care for providing the ornaments, which allowed our families to add their own special touches. The ornaments were placed on our beautiful tree, graciously decorated by Home Aid Caregivers, making the experience even more meaningful for everyone.

Connie and Deanna were thrilled to deliver our Art Show donation to the Alzheimer's Alliance of Smith County. A few months ago, our Artsy Hands club created original artwork that was sold at our November 2025 Art Show. All proceeds from the event directly benefited the Alzheimer’s Alliance, supporting their important work in our community.

As part of our SPARK program, our Artsy Hands Committee worked on a project from start to finish! By working on projects or learning topics over a longer period of time, always progressing toward a goal, residents become fully engaged and feel more successful. The group created snow globes to pass put to our tours and visitors that came in.
