Vitality Mobile Wound Care LLC is a Texas-based Mobile Wound Care Company that brings advanced wound care directly to patients in their homes, aligning with POS 12, 31, 32, 34, and Telehealth options under the Novitas JH MAC.

Founded and led by Managing Member and CEO, Christopher L. Ethridge, Vitality Mobile Wound Care is built around a clinician-led model with one of the most highly decorated and recognized industry clinical leaders, Chief Nursing Officer, Dr. Patricia Stevenson.

Vitality is rounded out by an experienced wound care clinical team providing evidence-based wound therapies at the bedside. The company accepts Medicare, Medicaid, most commercial payers, and cash pay. This means we can bring the most specialized wound care accessible to the broadest population of medically complex and homebound patients in the wound care landscape.

Our programs are completely customized per patient, but are grounded in the basics; in-home assessment and management of chronic and acute wounds, utilization of the latest state of the art processes, procedures, and therapies coupled with URGENCY - ALL designed to identify "root-causes" that translate into individualized plans of care that optimize healing outcomes, QUICKLY.

Time is critical when it comes to wounds for many reasons, and we operate at the highest degree of urgency for ALL that we serve. Not all wounds heal on their own — and when healing stalls, there’s usually an underlying cause.

Poor circulation, diabetes, infection, pressure, and nutritional deficiencies are just a few factors that can delay healing. Chronic wounds require proper assessment and evidence-based treatment — not just routine dressing changes.

Early intervention matters. The sooner a wound is evaluated, the lower the risk of complications and hospitalization.

If a wound hasn’t improved in 2–4 weeks, it’s time for a specialist evaluation.

Patients can request Vitality Mobile Wound Care directly for our specialized and convenient wound care services for all chronic, non-healing, or post-surgical wounds. Our clinicians provide comprehensive wound assessments, customized treatment plans, and ongoing wound care management in the comfort of your own home.

Vitality Mobile Wound Care will serve as a liaison between you and your current provider—simply submit the completed form back to us.
