Socks are the most requested item in the winter for those less fortunate. Providing clean new socks helps prevent foot-related health complications.

Socks were collected last month by the St. Michael’s Hospital wound center. They were able to collect over 60 pair and donated them to the Pathways Shelter for the homeless in Yankton, SD.

This years pumpkin decorating contest had 258 votes!

The winner of 6th Annual St. Michael's Hospital Avera Pumpkin decorating contest is Bon Homme Pharmacy "Take a Once in a Lifetime Ride." 2nd place was the Business Office "Old St. Michael's Had a Farm," and 3rd place was Clinic Nursing "Moana."
