Thinking about hanging upside down? Inversion tables can be amazing for back pain relief, decompression, and stretching—but they’re not for everyone!

✅ SHOULD CONSIDER USING:
-People with chronic lower back pain.
-Those seeking spinal decompression and better posture.
-Individuals looking to relieve muscle tension and stress.

⚠️ MUST AVOID / CONSULT A DOCTOR FIRST:
-People with High Blood Pressure (Hypertension).
-Anyone with Heart Disease or a recent stroke.
-Those with Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment (increases eye pressure).
-Individuals who are Pregnant.
-morbid obesity
-lower extremity issues

Bottom line: Always consult your doctor or physical therapist before starting inversion therapy, especially if you have an underlying medical condition.
