Good afternoon! We have been receiving calls about the article that was ran in the Altoona Mirror this weekend. I wanted to first say that we have not closed and continue to be open and ready to serve the community, just as we have since 1854. I will be posting a video tomorrow explaining exactly what is happening with the branch location, Feller Memorial Home. The quick rundown is that the branch has closed as a funeral home but will be available as a chapel to serve the needs of the community. Any and all prearrangements with the Feller branch will continue to be honored. There has been no change of ownership. We are very excited for the future of the funeral home and cannot wait to share our plans.
