February is American Heart Month, a time to raise awareness about heart health and encourage preventive measures against heart disease. On Wednesday Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone Executive Operations Officer, Dawn, spoke about the importance of healthy lifestyle choices, regular check-ups, and managing risk factors like high blood pressure and cholesterol at the Healthy Heart Month Luncheon Presentation at Blair Senior Services, Inc. in Tyrone.
