Nothing says ‘holiday spirit’ like the annual tradition of pretending we’re not exhausted by the same toxic relatives we’ve been avoiding since June. 🎄✨

This year, give yourself the gift of boundaries - not letting people stress you into a cortisol spike is top tier self-care.

If someone gets offended by your boundaries, don’t panic… it just means the free access pass to your peace has officially expired. 💁🏽‍♀️

Remember: love doesn’t mean unlimited access. And ‘we’re faaaamily’ is not a hall pass for disrespect. Protect your energy, protect your nervous system, and protect your holiday joy. The only thing we’re cutting this season is wrapping paper… and maybe a few guilt trips.
