Our patient loves makeup and had long wanted to wear a sharp, lifted winged liner. Hooded upper eyelids made that difficult to achieve, and she also felt her eyes appeared heavier and more fatigued than she felt day to day.

Upper blepharoplasty is a study in precision. It requires careful assessment of eyelid anatomy, thoughtful preoperative marking, and a refined surgical approach grounded in a deep mastery of facial anatomy.

She came to Dr. Maia concerned with excess upper eyelid skin, brow ptosis, lower lid hollowness, crepey texture, and under-eye discoloration that created a tired appearance.
