Join us for a fun and relaxing TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) session where you’ll gently activate your body’s natural shaking reflex to release deep tension, melt stress, and feel totally reset.

Think of it like a nervous system massage—no stretching into pretzel poses, no talking about your feelings, just lying down and letting your body do its thing.
