"If anybody hates you, just give a blessing. Don’t say roughly a word from your mouth then you’re losing your power from your mouth. I’m telling the truth. If anybody beats you, anybody gets angry at you, you must be kind of, “Ok, God bless you.” Don’t be hard, if you are hard in a single thing, definitely that reaction will come on you powerfully within days. Any moment, at any time, don’t use a negative word to anybody. Why I’m saying this means, patience is important. Patience, when you have patience, life will become very smooth. Not reacting is very smooth. If anybody hurts you, ok, be happy. If anybody hurts you, it means it is blessing to you -- their power is coming to you. You’re adding their power, you’re sucking their power. Unnecessarily if they are hating you, the power comes to you. If you’re hating, you’re losing your power.

Interspecies communicator Anna Breytanbach's really beautiful video about connecting with nature and animals with depth and sensitivity. I am deeply inspired by this, if we can become more present, aware and sensitive in our relationships with animals and nature, we can learn to bring more presence and sensitivity into all of our relationships.
