Our Story

I work one-on-one in person in my office in Ukiah, or via phone or Skype locally, nationally and internationally. Life coaching offers an opportunity to explore pathways that can uncover what holds you back and what brings you alive. It provides guidance, support and accountability as a catalyst for change. This is a co-active relationship, and our work together is dynamic and individually directed to your specific needs. Rather than trying to “fix,” effective coaching enables you to participate in your own healing and growth through greater self-awareness. Using a variety of tools, we focus on broadening and using your resources in ways that are generative and positive. With courageous exploration and through choices that are more aligned with your heart and spirit, you begin to bring your best life into being. As a life coach, I nurture a safe, compassionate and confidential environment for you to fully explore your life. I am aware that the connection we make will affect the work we do together, and I strive to make it a healthy, positive experience. I offer a complimentary consultation to learn more about life coaching and to see how we can best work together. I also conduct workshops and facilitate on-going classes.
