So my machine stopped last night and I never heard any type of alarm. Positive of that is I got to sleep. Negative is I don't know if the prescription change is going to make it less painful and I have work tomorrow.

Last night was my first night of dialysis. It was 1 of the most horrible experiences of my life. The machine is loud. You can feel it going in. I was so full I could barely breath. When it drained I was so painful I cried. I had an hour of quiet and somewhat comfortability. Not long enough to fall asleep. Then the process would start again. 8 hours of torture. Couldn't wait for it to end. Don't think I can do this. Please help me find a donor.

Please note I'm not looking to buy a kidney. I'm looking for a donor. Someone who out of the kindness of their heart wants to help him. The next person to message me that says they will sell me their kidney will be reported.

Went to a nutritionist today. Can't wait to start my kidney friendly diet! Hopefully prolong not having to do dialysis and lose some weight!

I'm creating this page to help me find a living donar. If I find a living donor soon, I won't have to do dialysis. It will also help me live a healthier, longer and more normal life. My insurance will pay for all hospital bills and if my donor should ever have any complications do to the surgery my medicare would cover it. My insurance also covers travel if you should live out of state. I am O+ which means I can only receive from someone with O blood type. Which makes the time on a cadaver list longer. Please help me pass this a long.
