Happy Halloween,
Gym update. I’m hoping around Wednesday we will start doing a slight remodel mainly in the spa recovery area. We will be adding some exciting things over the next 45 days or so. This work will hopefully be done 11-3 or in the evening hours. The first new thing added will be a Red Light Therapy Booth With Salt. Remember currently we have the infrared Sauna. Exciting things happening in our gym! Stay Tuned!
