Small changes can signal bigger issues, especially with COPD and CHF.

Our pulmonary team teaches residents and families how to spot early warning signs (shortness of breath, swelling, sudden weight changes, increased fatigue) and what to do next.

We coach breathing techniques, pacing, airway clearance, and simple trackers (weight, O₂, symptoms) so you know when to call and how to stay ahead of setbacks.

After a hospital stay for CHF, cardiac procedures, or deconditioning, our team creates a safe, step-by-step plan to rebuild stamina.

With vitals and symptoms tracked during activity, residents practice walking, transfers, and stairs at a comfortable pace. Education on medications, diet, and warning signs helps families feel prepared for the return home.
