For the next 7 weeks, the Move & Restore class (Sat 9:30am) will journey through the Chakras, the body’s energy centers that guide balance and flow.

This week we begin with the Root Chakra: grounding, stability, & safety. 🌿
Root down, breathe deep, and rise steady like the earth meeting the sky. ✨
