Join us for a Cacao Ceremony where we’ll set intentions for deep love and connection with ourselves and others. Celebrate this special time with a nourishing blend of cacao, guided meditation, and soulful reflection and experience the gentle heart opening energy of ceremonial cacao led in English and Spanish.
We will cultivate connection to the self, to spirit, and to the world around us. Combining traditional practices with medicine songs, conscious breathwork and sound modalities, we will journey back to the heart.

Leela Flow Studio and Por Ella Collective invite you to join our Monthly Book Club, a community-centered space for reflection, conversation, and collective healing.
Our January 2026 book selection is Break the Cycle: A Guide to Healing Intergenerational Trauma by Dr. Mariel Buqué, .marielbuque - a powerful and compassionate exploration of how inherited trauma shapes our lives — and how we can begin to heal.

We’ll begin with a Virtual Opening Circle where you’ll learn about the book, the format of the group, and have an opportunity to meet the community in a supportive, low-pressure setting. Then there is an in person meeting to connect, discuss your insights and reflections on the book.

The NYE Reset: End -of-Year Release & Intention Ritual

Join us on the last sunset of 2025 for a gentle ritual of release and renewal. Two guides, one shared journey. A quiet space to close the year with intention.

We will begin with soft movement and breath to settle the body, followed by a guided meditation and journaling to let go of what the year has carried. Then we sink into Yin and restorative shapes, opening the heart to receive what is meant to come.

You will be invited to write your intentions for 2026 and seal them with a simple sunset ritual, honoring the cycle that is ending and the one that is beginning.

This workshop is a slow exhale. A moment to pause, reflect, and gently step into the new year with clarity and calm.
