Residents recently enjoyed a peaceful and flavorful outing to , a family-owned ranch in Livermore surrounded by century-old olive trees. The visit offered a relaxing escape and a chance to sample fresh, locally made olive oils and vinegars.

From smooth and buttery to bold and peppery, each tasting brought something unique—plus a few favorites like fig and blackberry-infused vinegars! Host Charles Crohare also shared Olivina’s rich history and guided residents through the milling process, showing how each bottle goes from tree to table. Where should we go next?
